Coaching Multipotentialites & Portfolio Careers Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)

Coaching Multipotentialites & Portfolio Careers is a six-hour professional development course exploring how coaches can support clients with multiple interests, professional identities, roles, and ways of defining a meaningful working life.

Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts related to multipotentiality and portfolio careers; learn alongside guest expert Tes Slominski; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that help clients navigate multiple interests, challenge expectations about specialization and traditional career paths, and create ways of working that reflect their individual strengths, values, interests, and needs.

The course is designed to help you create space for clients to explore possibilities without prematurely narrowing their options, recognize connections across seemingly different interests and identities, and develop client-defined approaches to integration, experimentation, and sustainable professional growth.

Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.

The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
